J&D Topsoil began in 2007 with a truck, a backhoe, and an opportunity in Ashland City, Tennessee. While clearing 30 acres, we discovered an abundance of quality river bottom topsoil. We turned that resource into a business—and have continued growing ever since.
As demand increased, we added equipment and expanded into excavation. We soon recognized a need for our services in Davidson County, obtained our business license, and began working with builders on new homes and subdivision developments. As Nashville grew, we added demolition services, followed by concrete work and landscaping to meet our customers’ needs.
Today, J&D Topsoil is licensed and insured, serving Davidson County and surrounding counties throughout Middle Tennessee. From delivering topsoil to preparing properties for their next chapter, we bring years of hands-on experience and a commitment to getting the job done right.
